Artist Bio

Dana Dzurko is a Cleveland-based artist whose work explores themes of resilience, healing, and transformation. Working primarily in acrylics and mixed media, her "Atmospheric Wabi-Sabi" style merges abstract expressionism with soft realism, creating a powerful visual narrative that celebrates the beauty in things weathered, broken, and reborn.

Dana received her Bachelor of Arts from Ursuline College, focusing on painting and fine art photography. Her personal journey as a survivor of a ruptured brain aneurysm profoundly shapes her creative practice—fueling her exploration of art as a vital expression of being alive, capturing the preciousness of a single breath, where deep shadows represent past challenges and vibrant colors reflect light and joy.
